Inventive Director Ulrich Lang of Ulrich Lang New York started creating his subtle, pleasurable line of perfume in 2003; all of it started with buddy and photographer Britt Biegelsen whose evocative modern pictures proved ample inspiration. Ulrich aka “Uli” had labored in artwork publishing in NYC and was working for L’Oreal on the time – and he had been a fan of perfume since his early Swabian childhood, as his grandmother had a small perfumery of her personal. These amongst us who’ve been round for some time met him in 2011 at Components Showcase, a venue for worldwide manufacturers (Jovoy Paris, Neela Vermeire Creations, and Stéphane Humbert Lucas all exhibited there in early days).
